Why Ban Books ,Cinema 

Ban on books cinema is becoming a menace in our society.How can a handful of 10 -20 people decide the fate of a book or cinema or any kind of art form.I heard someone saying that be it government ,establishment or a group of people ,the artist and writers are always the soft targets.Its a trend,which is growing and ultimately dominate the system.A very dangerous trend for a civil society...for India ..oh why India ..any part of the world.

These fringe incidents eg banning a book ,writers,cinema may look insignificant today,who knows tomorrow it might be fatal..when there will be ..1)No freedom of Expression 2)no freedom of speech 3) Zero tolerance

Vishwaroopam a film by Kamal Hasan (who I adore ) we all know what a great artist he is ,has been held back in Tamil Nadu from screening till 28th as per the court orders.

It may sound like Oh just a few days ..but why this ban ..

Oh they have there own reason

Let the people decide ..not a mere handful of people

Another incident of banning Pakistani writers ...come on they are writers ..why not let them participate in the Jaipur Literature Festival..

There has been a regular attack on artist writers ..why ..cause they are soft targets.

Ban this book stop this cinema.(why don't we get over such mindset)

Its easy to ban but its very hard to make a cinema or write a book ..it is sheer hard work.

Moreover a handful of people overpowering to ban it ..sure thing to worry.

What are they scared about -exchange of ideas ,viewpoint.
